Sisters' kids/Cousins

Living close, our house sometimes becomes a drop-off spot for my sisters' kids. Not too often, but still enough to give my kids the chance for time with their cousins. Some especially up-close-and-personal time with the immobile babies. Because of my habit of pulling out the camera, I have pictures. To remember what the cousins looked like in relation to each other, I wanted to include the three recent visits.

First, Matt's little sister's baby Addie (Addison) - born in January. We had her for an afternoon way back in April. Paige relished in the chance to be with her alone (Tyler was napping and Meg was at school). While holding her hair out of Addie's face, Paige successfully got many smiles aimed her way!

Next, my oldest sister's baby Abby (Abigail) - born December 31st. (Addie and Abby born just weeks apart...see why we have to think twice before calling each by name?) She was the center of both my girls' attention when she was dropped off this past Tuesday. When I backed off their "love" and rocked her myself, she crashed and became a little bundle of calming dead weight!

Next day, my little sister's two came by. Clara - three. Sadie - almost 17 months. These five are common playmates. Had to smile as they circled together around the water table and again around the lunch table. I was sure to triple count the pretzals and grapes on each plate this day.

You can easily see how Tyler's surrounded by girls (worse odds when you add in Matt's brother's girl and Matt's oldest sisters' two girls that are unpictured. Brings the current extended count to 9 girls, 1 boy). But, he holds his own.
